Bookmarks

In this section you can find how bookmarks in MusicReader work and what you can do with them.
How to get to Bookmarks[edit | edit source]
Bookmarks list can be accessed through the Full Menu as shown in Image 1.
If you want to have icon added to top menu then please check Top Menu Customization .
Bookmarks[edit | edit source]
In the Bookmarks screen you see an overview of the already specified bookmarks.
As shown in Image 2 it's the first item of top menu 1 of Bookmarks screen.
In the list 2 you see the letter and name of the bookmark together with the page it's on.
Clicking on the item will have you jump to page the bookmark is on.
Settings - Letters, Removal & Links[edit | edit source]
Settings is activated with 1 from Image 3.
In this Bookmark Settings you can:
- Remove bookmark 2
- Edit the letter and the name of the bookmark.
- Link or unlink another bookmark 3. When you link a bookmark then this it jumps to target bookmark when you press the bookmark inside your music.
Adding / Editing Bookmarks[edit | edit source]
To add (or edit) a bookmark on the sheet music you press "Add / Edit" as indicated with 4 in Image 3.
You then see the screen of Image 4 where you can either place a new bookmark or select a existing one.
Simply press the sheet music, for example on 1, that adds the bookmark to the page.
You then see a bookmark is actually added and that the top menu changes like in Image 5.
Now you can setup:
- Letter of the bookmark 2
- Name of the bookmark 3
- Increase 4 or decrease 5 displayed size.
- Delete the bookmark 6
When you you are finished you can:
- Click on a random other location to unselect the bookmark. Then the screen of Image 4 shows again and you can add / select another bookmark.
- You can go back to the Bookmarks screen, for that press 7 as indicated in Image 5.
